Registration

There will be no onsite registration for ICF-CIRIR 2022. To attend the conference, including for 1 day in person, you must register on line by June 20, 2022

Fees for authors and co-authors of a presentation

IN PERSON full Conference – (including conference fees, local transportation, all meals and accommodation) – Early registration : 400€ (Late registration : 500 €)
REMOTE full Conference – 100 €
IN PERSON 1 DAY Conference – 100 € (conference fees, lunch, dinner and evening event included)

Important notice regarding IN PERSON registration for the full conference :

Due to the limited accommodation available, priority will be given to CIRIR members (and their accompanying parties, if any), as well as to authors or co-authors of a presentation (and their accompanying parties, if any).

All others are most welcome to pre-register by contacting us (contact.cirir@gmail.com), or to register on the website, but with the full understanding that in late April, we may need to cancel and reimburse their registration fees (minus change and/or bank charge if any) if there will not be sufficient accommodation.

Deadline for In person early registration: May 31, 2022

Deadline for In person late registration: June 20, 2022

Deadline for Remote registration: June 1st, 2022

Due to the weakness of the Internet network in the Rochechouart area, attendees will be asked to disconnect during the sessions. Should remote delegates be prevented to attend the conference due to connection problem on our side, their registration fees would be refunded upon simple request.

Deadline for cancellation with a full* refund : June 20, 2022**
